Cool idea- needs a better quality sound recording for the effect. Also transparency behind the numbers is key so it doesn't block other things on the desktop.

Chalk up another vote for 12 hour time, perhaps as a switchable option? 12 hour time would be more accurate to the show. Other than that, I love the damn thing! It's nice and big, which is important on a huge monitor with a very high resolution setting. Never liked top-of-the-hour chimes on clocks before this one, but every time I hear the "chi-kung, chi-kung" go off, I gots ta smile! Well done!

Wish it could come in 12-hour time though... seems to be the biggest complaint here.
