I started the fat smash diet 7/28/09 weighing 260.2lbs i eat fruits, veggies, salad with corn and chicpeas. I drink lots of water. I started walking with my friend and doing Taebo on the days we don't walk. Today i'm 253lbs 8/1/2009
Hello everyone, well once again I’m back in the gym… only this time for good. I am SICK and TIRIED of going back and forth with this weight. I’ve came to the realization that this is just something that I will have to do for the rest of life.
I don’t feel that its ok to walk around with your body out of shape just because. It doesn’t matter what your situation is .. There is just no EXCUSE why people should walk around looking like this , when you can try doing something abou…t it. I know at times this can be very hard to do, but we have to be strong, determined, and discipline. Its easy to do bad and hard to do good. You must make the time for yourself and that’s what I’m gonna start doing no matter what. THIS IS LIKE A DO OR DIE SITUATION for me. I love myself wayyy to much to keep letting this continue to happen to me (gaining weight ) DOING WHAT I WANT when i want to. It’s not HEALTHY and its sure in hell is not CUTE. Aint nothing sexy about being BIG no matter how cute your face is, how educated you are, how nice of a personality you might have and your upper manager position on the job. All of this doesn’t even matter if your body is not together. I DON’T CARE WHAT NOONE SAYS. Our body is a temple and we should want to take care of it, and put good things inside of it.
Well now, Im currently 5’7 212lbs, which is totally unacceptable. My goal weight is between 150-160 which is only 50lbs down. I joined a gym 2 weeks ago, and working out 3-5 times a week with strenghth training 4 times a week… 2 timesfor upper body and 2 times for lower body. I believe I haven’t lost like I want to because of the weight training. So I will wait about 1 month or so to weigh myself. Also I’m on great eating plan. Working on my portions. Other than that everything fine with me. The only thing now is to stay motivated FOREVER. I WANT TO LOOK NICE AT ALL TIMES and if it takes working out for the rest of my life .. I guess that’s what I will have to do. I will find and get into other workout activity programs.. like swimming, dancing, ect… to stay active and you all should do the same. I think this weight gain comes from being inactive. It doesn’t help either .. especially if we are much older. SO LADIES LETS GET ON THE BALL AND DO IT FOR GOOD!!More

for beautyismyname enough is enough i appreciate your motivation technique!!!That is great now all you have to do is continue that and you will be more than fine.Also, as a former athelete,when you strength train the scale does not move as if you were doing cardio so thats ok as long as ya do cardio.You will be sexy in no time.
