I have stopped smoking three years ago and have put on some pound since then. I also notice with the weight my breathing when doing certain task has become labored my goal is to lose the 30 pound that I have put on. I put on the weight now it's time to get rid of the extra ound.
I need to lose 44pounds main reason is becuase I don't want to become diabetic like my father. He is so worried about me. I totally understand why. This time last year I was 127. I only gained the weight after a family member died due to trailing and stress. Honestly I feel I have no excuse to be the weight I am.
This works, I was at a stand still, I reached a mile stone today 5 more pounds to go. I am glad my neice turned me on to this plan. I am never hungry, at first it was too much food, because I was not eating enough. I will stick to the PLAN it Really works
I have to lose my weight for my health but I do not have any will power. I am hoping that this Challenge will give me the motivation and will power to do so. I want to get off all of my medications and I want to do it without having to have surgery. I know I can do it. I just need a push from time to time.
4 weeks ago I challange myself to lose 25% of my body weight by the end of the year,
I started slow and only lose 5 lb, I NEED THE CHALANGE TO HELP ME GET TO THIS GOAL
