    Hi everybody! I just signed up today. I work in health care and I am seeing the
    horrible problems people are facing being overweight and unhealthy. I have
    been looking @ this site for months and wanting to join. Today is the day. I
    think I could possibly be a stress eater because I see a pattern over the years of
    gains and losses. However I do realize stress is a part of life but I have to find
    healthy ways to manage it.

    Okay, for those of you who are stuck this means you have hit your plateau weight. In other words you now have to do two things: 1) lower your calorie intake by at least 100 calories combined with 2) increase your exercise routine by either mixing up what you normally do or working out longer than normal.

    Today, I plan to run 15 minutes longer and then adding the stadium stairs to totally let my body know that I mean business. So don't be discouraged - stick with it because you have alread More

    I started out at 212 pounds and followed Dr Ian's program and went down to 190---now I seem to be stuck---I need to get down to at leastt 188. I am 6'1' and have a large frame. My Doctor as well as the charts say that 188 or less would be optimum for me. Suggestions ?????
