    i phat and need to loss some weight. whats up!! i went to the doctor and my a1c is 6.1 and i do not want to become a diabetic. so i looking for some help in getting it down to 5 or less. I known that i will not be skinny but i would like to healthy.

    for beautyismyname enough is enough i appreciate your motivation technique!!!That is great now all you have to do is continue that and you will be more than fine.Also, as a former athelete,when you strength train the scale does not move as if you were doing cardio so thats ok as long as ya do cardio.You will be sexy in no time. To everyone lets get it!!!!

    Need a reliable exercise partner

    I joined the challenge today. I live in Forney, TX and I am very adimant about losing 63 lbs. I am looking for a reliable and dedicated exercise partner to work out together.

    I started the fat smash diet 7/28/09 weighing 260.2lbs i eat fruits, veggies, salad with corn and chicpeas. I drink lots of water. I started walking with my friend and doing Taebo on the days we don't walk. Today i'm 253lbs 8/1/2009
