A simple POP3 email checker, this Widget will check a single POP3 mailbox and show new and old message counts. Double clicking will run your selected email program and clear the "New" count. Small, simple, does the job.

Requires Yahoo Widget Engine 3.1 or later.

Just what I was looking for. I agree that it would be better with an audible notification. I would also like to be able to change the size.

To Outlook Users, set it to check every minute at first, then give it some time. It only shows new messages received, not messages that are already sitting in your inbox. Then you can change the amount of time between checking for messages. Also if you use Junk Mail filters, a message might appear then disappear.
At least this is how it's working for me.
Anybody else out there with help, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

I connected it to Outlook and gave it the same settings as what is in my - NEVER MIND, IT JUST STARTED WORKING. PRETTY COOL.

Can someone please help me connect this to my microsoft outlook account. It does not seem to be working for me.
