Hey guys! I've stopped using this widget and therefore lost interest in modifying it to make it better.

I don't know why I've lost the notification about comments, otherwise I would have fixed this a long time ago! Someone contacted me through the Konfabulator forum and let me know that this is broken, supposedly because the feed is structured differently now. I'm looking into it and will hopefully write back soon with a link to where you can download the fixed version.

Keep in… mind, the original developer of Ambience has disappeared, probably also having lost interest in this widget. K9calamity no longer has access to update this widget, so when I fix things I make them available by links. More

please i need help,i have the latest version of yahoo widgets and then download Ambience widget but it didnt show up on my desktop.

i can see it included among the widgets iam currently using but it didnt show up.

i have access to all widget options and wallpapers but i cant see the widget.

I've used this awesome Widget for a while now but lately, it doesn't seem to be working. I hope the author is looking into the problem. I'm willing to bet that whatever database or webpage the widget is pulling it data from is down. I agree with ioana.haiduc, there should be a way to randomize wallpapers for each weather type by pointing it to an entire folder perhaps.

I like the fact that someone created a feature like this. Its a shame it doesnt work. Waiting for a patch or update. For some reason I cant post in the forums even though im logged in but I get errors when the program tries to change the wallpaper after downloading the de-bug version. Im running on Vista.
