I needed a Widget at the office to keep track of mine, and wanted a simple direct UI. My brother then helped me to evolve it. I still use the Widget and would like to see it evolve, but my brother doesn't have time anymore. Please help me get this to 1.0!

Just what I need. The use of subprojects is extremely useful and you should make a point of it, especially as the sub-project times roll up into the overall project time. Would like to see the choice of which day starts the week -- I currently track time Sat to Fri. Also an automatic total row for the day like the total column for each project would be very useful.

Wow. I never thought that this day would come. You guys actually came up with a widgetizer! You can call the Read File a howidgetizer and then you'd HAVE to bump up the version by at least .146. Seriously though, it seems smaller than most widgets. Leave the little mwidgets alone. :) I'd still give ya an A for creativity....

Jay, you can get excel output by importing the XML files created by Anteater each week. You need to divide the numbers by something like 3600000 to get hours again. As for the rest, you are right those things would definitely improve the widget, and be very useful. Hopefully someone will take up the challenge.

I was looking at the inevitability of writing a widget similar to this. This does come close to what I'm looking for. Therefore, I'm interested in taking up your challenge. I haven't developed my own widget yet, but have done some tweaking to existing widgets. I anticipate being able to devote a few hours each week.
