Somehow I am not able to load the widget. The first time it went well, but after changing the preferences the widget simply disappeared and for now it won't load again. I tried another "clean" download, but it still won't work. Any suggestions?

This widget converts among 148 different currencies and metal prices thanks to data sources like Yahoo! Finance, XE.com, and x-rates.com. The user may choose any 2 to 4 of them to display on the screen.

Gregg: I don't have access to Apple but I am guessing you can simply open the folder and run the .kon or .widget file inside. If you need the extension to be .wdgt like you mentioned, you might have to change it manually. I used the widget converter provided by Konfabulator to zip up this widget so I believe it should be working on OS X as well as Windows.

How can this widget be made to work with Apple OS X?

It unzips as a folder, not a .wdgt that OS X 10.4.3 recognizes.
