These sort of problems are usually a bad download. Try it again forcing a cache refresh (hold the Ctrl key down when clicking the link in Internet Explorer). I have just downloaded it again and the file is OK.

Just downloaded this and it won't open (Windows XP, build 3.1.4 104 of widget engine). Says it either isn't a widget or I don't have access to it (can't find .kon file).
