This Widget will display the daily "Astronomy Picture of the Day."
Hovering over the image will pop up an explanation in a tooltip. Clicking on the image will redirect you directly to the site http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod.
It would be nice if you could right click on the widget and check for updates. If there are download them. All widgets should have this feature.

There is a BUG in this widget. I'm running the Astronomy picture of the day and it displayed today's date as 03/11/2006 when the correct date was 04/11/2006. It even displayed the same older picture on todays date. I manually went to the bottom icon and clicked open widget. It now displays the correct image for today, but displays today's date as 03/12/2006 when today's date is 04/12/2006.
It would be nice if the title of the picture was given.

It would be nice if the date was abbreviated and placed on the top next to "Astronomy Picture of the Day." This would give room for the name of the picture on the bottom.
Also would be nice if you could flip through previous date pictures if you missed them.
BUG: Every time I mouse over the picture the text description flashes, closes and reopens again.
It would be nice if all widget makers would make an option under preferances to check for updates to the widget and update the widget if it's out of date. I've seen only 1 person do this so far.
