I have never had problems with Avalanche (which I use with BaseCamp) until yesterday. I keep getting the error message that my URL is incorrect, which I know is not true. I've tried everything I can think of to rectify this matter but to no avail. I've talked to my employess who all say that they have not experienced problems with this widget so I can only think that it has something to do with my computer. I know it's not my firewall since I allow Yahoo! Widget. Has anyone else encountered this issue before? Can someone PLEASE help me?!

Anyone who uses BaseCamp regularly would find Avalanche of value in monitoring project messages, postings, etc. It avoids keeping the browser open and provides a quick thumbnail of current activities. It has a nice design and attractive appearance. My thanks to the team that developed it!
Just one issue: every time I change projects, I get a pop-up from Avalanche stating that the API is not enabled for this account, when in fact it is (otherwise I'd see no listings). The selected project has already appeared and I just close the warning. Has anyone a solution for this error?

I work for a company where we utilize Basecamp and there are over 50 employees. This widget would be a huge asset and be very helpful to us. However when I am trying to login in with the URL both secured and unsecured I am receiving an error about unable to connect and need to check internet connection. My internet connection is very a solid DSL connection with no problems. Please help me figure out what needs to be done to get this widget working.

You get what you pay for. This widget worked great for a couple of months, but it is now unsupported sh*tware. No way to contact anyone to even inquire if a fix is on the way. Yahoo needs to stop offering this widget. Makes you look bad....
