Have yet to use it. It's been on my desktop all day & it's still telling me that it's fetching queue data. Everything is fine with the e-mail & password I entered. Is there any way to fix this problem?

A few links and customizations woudl be great. I can see many people using this widget, so I hope it hasn't been abandoned.

good widget it has saved lots of time would be great if it had a link to blockbuster.com and some customization options.

Yes, it looks like blockbuster.co.uk uses separate user accounts from blockbuster.com so this widget will only work for blockbuster.com.
