Karen- Actually, it's for the place where I work. We fill out a weekly timesheet with budget numbers for the projects and hours to be billed for each day. I had to modify the Bill It! tool a bit to make it work for me. Because I need to know daily what the hours are for a particular project, I had to put each number in preceeded by the day of the week. Fortunately, most of the numbers are standing accounts and I added a couple of "(day of the week)_other" categories that I can then put the specific name in the comments section.

Lisa - what kind of charge sheet do you use to bill your projects or track them. Just getting ideas for my freelance business.

Well I think this widget has the potential to be one of the best available. Nothing has come even close to producing such a useful widget. I am looking forward to the final version!
