Borg Clock
This is an analog clock in which you can see the movement of an internal escapement mechanism. The movement looks like the Tourbillon mechanism.

November 16, 2007 · version 1.0 WORMSSI love it, its very very cool. i would love this as a Real Machanical clock on the wall for the looks alone.... unfortunatly, i run programs like Boinc which I donate my spare CPU time to Medical Reaserch and stuff like that, and i dont wish to use 65% of my cpu power to this Widget.. but I thought it deserved my 4star rate even tho i aint gonna be useing it.

November 16, 2007 · version 1.0 e.@ wOrmss and ec0t0ne: If you set Borg Clock's preferences to "Quartz Movement" (as opposed to the more mesmerizing "Tourbillon"), CPU only runs between 2-4% (at least, that's what my Mac shows). Uses even less CPU if you reduce the clock's size. :-)

November 16, 2007 · version 1.0 Michael's ProgrammingGreat widget, great description. Love the mechanism, and I find it only takes about 30% CPU when running full size with Tourbillon. Great job on the graphics and the mechanisms.

November 16, 2007 · version 1.0 EdNicely done, but it would be nice to see a version that used less of the CPU. I noticed the low beat option helped a little, running at about 12% on average.
