Timer problems

There are a few issues with the periodical refresh, and linking the content in SEFed form in Bridet 1.1 release.

Bridget 1.2 release coming up in a day or two. This release will also line up with MOStlyREST 1.0 release for MiaCMS (also compatible with Mambo 4.6.x and Joomla 1.0.x).
