If you double-click on a specific date, it will open the Day Planner Widget to that date.

For 6 months of the year it is great. Love having my calender events and to do right there on my desktop. However the other 6 months of the year it is off by 1 day and 1 hour. So when you have a Doctor appointment on say Tuesday at 1pm, and today is Monday it will say Todays' events: Doctor 12pm. I have checked my PCs clock and calender and it is accurate, so is my yahoo calender. Just the widget gets freaky for half the year.
