Done! The web address for the camera pilot project had changed. I've submitted a new version (1.1) that includes two new cameras as well.
The new version should be released soon as soon as Konfabulator's reviewers have checked it.

Hi Mark and others...
I have just started reading the updated documentation for the new version. I'll see what I can do this weekend... no promises though. If there is anyone who has looked at the differences from the old version and the new and can make suggestions, I'd be very happy to chat with you.

This widget worked great until the new Yahoo version of Konfabulator. Can someone please fix this widget?

I understand (and nexxai could confirm) that Calgary has a committment to add 10 cameras a year. I hope they will be all around town in a few years. These cams don't actually help me personally in my commute but maybe next year???
