I don't like the fact that it's a forwarding service, so I can't check my voicemail from my phone if I use the service. What if I can't get to a computer? If I'm wrong, please correct me. The voice-to-text service on the web is an awesome feature and works alright if someone speaks relatively clearly, but if they're not instructed to do so, I've noticed some problems.
