ClassAPI

Searches for a Java class, either by full or partial name, or by reg-ex ("^string" will return all classes starting with "string", "string$" will return all classes ending with "string"). All searches are case insensitive. Every result will link to the class' API on Sun's site. You can also specify your own API's, on the web on or local disk.

A coworker had this setup, it's awesome! What would a URL be for a local filesystem? Does it work both for http and file URL's? Help is appreciated :) Nice job!!!

Thanks. About the jdk1.5:
Right-click the widget, go to widget preferences, and you can specify whatever APIs you want, seperated by ";". You can replace the 1.4.2 api with 1.5.
This will work with any API (not just Sun's), just enter the url to the api page.

Wonderful! But it seems to only search the JDK 1.4.* api. Will there be an updated version for JDK 5.*?
