I had the same experience myself when updating to 3.1 I really like this widget and would love to get it working again.

I just upgraded my widget engine to 3.1 and now CLIBox no longer works. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

btw - i love this widget and i would really like it if it could work again =)

Great Widget works great

Dragging a file from a folder to the widget opens the DOS prompt in the folder.
Dragging the widget to a folder accomplishes the same thing.

Nice idea for a widget. But it doesn't seem to be working right. On my system dragging C:Program Files to the button opens up "C:Documents and SettingsLearyUserLocal SettingsApplication DataPixoriaKonfabulatorCLIbox.widgetCLIbox.widgetContents" instead. On a network share the widget opens up a DOS prompt in the parent directory of the folder I dragged to it.

BTW, did you know that if you drag a folder onto a CLI window in Win2K and higher, it will paste the folder name on the c…ommand line?

So, for example, I could drag the folder to the CLI widget and get a command prompt at that folder (when you get it fixed, that is). Or, if I'm "buried deep in an Explorer folder" I can
1. Hit <Win> + r
2. Type cmd
3. Type "cd " in the command prompt
3. Drag the folder onto the command prompt
5. Hit enter
