When I choose the State Radar I get just a black screen. It's been this way for a week or so. If I choose to Go to the Image Website I come to a page with 5 maps. The last map is the state radar. Did the website change the link address and mess up the widget? The other maps selections in the widget's menu list are working fine, just this one that's not showing.

I'm not sure what you mean by the widget appearing on your IE pages. If you mean that it appears on top of the IE window then maybe you have the Widget window level set to Topmost instead of Normal. You can check the Leve by going into the Widget Preferences and selecting the Window pane.

When you download any widget you should be putting it into your My Widgets folder in your My Documents folder. After that you should not have to re-download it. The Widget Engine takes care of closing Widgets and reopening them. If you shut down with YWE running and the Widget open on the desktop then when you restart the computer and start YWE again the Widget should open. If it doesn't then either YWE isn't opening it (which is its error) or the widget is failing when trying to ope…n. I know of no reason why the widget would fail to open as long as you are connected to the Internet. More

Thank you for the reply RE my trouble with this widget. I am refering to coloradodopplar. I have Windows opperating system. The trouble I have is this... When I download the Widget and then turn my pc off or restart it the widget is no longer on my desktop and I need to re download it. Also when I go to internet explorer (leave my desktop) this widget keeps appearing on the pages I am searching. Thank you again for the help.
