(continued from above) open the widget file with winzip, decompress all the files to a clean folder of your choice, do the same modification to the .kon file, save it, and then recompress everything on another zip. Once you have the final zip, just change the extension to .widget instead of .zip.

This is an awesome widget. However, there's a typo in the code that is making it be semi-transparent. To fix this, you need to close the widget, then navigate to C:Documents and Settings(USER NAME)Local SettingsApplication DataYahooWidget EngineGeneric Countdown.widgetGeneric Countdown.widgetContents In this folder, open 'Countdown.kon' with a simple text editor (like Notepad, not Microsoft Word). I loved the Generic Countdown that you had for the last version of Konfabulator. I was just recently forced to upgrade to Yahoo Widgets, and now the countdown's transparency seems to be set way below 100%, even with the settings configured properly to be 100% opacity. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! -Dave (dyergin@gmail.com).
