Believe me Kazuhiro, I have already tried, I have asked him to change the name and also sent an email to the support team at Konfab to change his widget name but still no luck. Sorry, there is nothing more I can do I am afraid

You (Martin Cannings) and Cameron Stevens posted the same widgets named CPU Meter.At present, I can not download your original widget, but the downloded file is Cameron Stevens's widget on both links.(Something is wrong?)And it displays the graph of Cameron Stevens and its "about" indicates your name and version 1.1c.
I would like to get your original one (not Cameron Stevens version).
Could you ask Cameron Stevens to change the widget name for easy management!

Yeah it takes a few days for the updated widget to be posted. There isnt much at my end that i can do to make it download the correct widget. i upload my version but because that other guy stupidly named his widget exactly the same as mine, his downloads instead

@Peter - Ah cheers for this response it clears a lot of problems up. I didnt know this was the reason for people not being able to download the right one. I have now taken actions to correct this.
