Crickets
Create summer evening ambience with this simple Widget.
It will provide you with a singing cricket (so nice in winter if they aren't around):
- Double click for mute/unmute
- Resize for volume
- Sing continuously or
- Sing every 5 minutes (chirp rate depends on hours and minutes)
- Select one out of the 8 cricket races (smaller and bigger) or play them randomly
- Natural sounds in random order, some are post processed
Go to the Download companions page to download companions (mouse menu on the widget).

amyit runs once, but if you restart or change the settings, it says it is missing. i loved this widget so much that it was the single reason i chose yahoo widgets over windows sidebar...please fix it!

shastalinI loved my cricket, but now he is missing. I am sooo sad, because I love the sound, it is so soothing. I tried to download it again, but he is still missing. Any suggestions???

Keith WI really like the whole package. However it suddenly it was gone! Even the widget says it's missing. Damn! I hope I didn't step on the poor thing.
