It works wonderfully well for me.

Yes it seems frozen often, but just click where you need to and give it a wait. Usually it's trying to capture the comic image, that's why it seems frozen.

For comics.com you need to put this as the address of the image for ANY comic, once you have the proper homepage url:

http://assets.comics.com/dyn/str_strip/

Why? Because it's basically a picture viewer so it needs to show the right picture.

Wow this widget wouldn't even work once. It was just frozen and I could hardly even turn it off. I don't recommend downloading this!

This is probably my favorite widget although I NEVER read comics. Why would I love this then? Well, I use it to display my local weather forecasts from the three major channels. I don't have to watch the news. Just go to their respective webpages and then their weather section. Type in the URL, then right click on the picture of the forecast and select 'properties' from the window that opens up. Take note of THAT url (for the picture, not the webpage itself). The ending of the… url might change from day-to-day (it might display the date for the photo, for example) so just enter most or the url (the part that will remain constant yet will also distinguish it from other pictures on the page).
