Daily Dose

Daily Dose will serve up your favorite comic strip within a configurable Widget! No specific comic strip is targeted. Instead, instructions are included to allow the user to specify their own instrument of mirth.

Once the preferences have been pointed to your favorite comic strip, the Widget will make a daily update to ensure that you never miss a "funny".

Rejoice in the glory! The widget now tracks and displays up to 3 separate comic strips.

Love this widget - However, I am like other people who can't get it to show the latest comic, unless I go into one of the comic's perferences and change something.

Hey Darrel, good job. Something you might want to check, though. On my system, Konfabulator starts taking up 10% of the CPU in Task Manager after Daily Dose updates its comics. Seems fine all day until the update. And if I close Daily Dose after that, and reopen, it is back to a normal 0%. Only other widgets I run right now are Picture Frame and Weather.

Would it be possible to give me the code for the Player Versus Player comic strip? I can't seem to figure it out myself.
