I hope the Mavericks pursue a trade for Adam Morrison. He is still very young and has a lot of upside. It makes sense to go after himnow, his price wouldn't be that high right now. Would be the backup to Dirk we have been needing.

The Mavs have a new coach. Let him see what he can do with the players we have. Adding another problem will not help the situation. Howard is probably still a salvagable player and if he improves he will be excellent, if not trade him by Christmas if possible. I'm not up on the business side of basketball, all I do is coach.

Avery wanted a point guard who was proven and he could trust. He practically had to beg and Cuban came up with the be all end all solution of getting Kidd. Avery said SEVERAL TIMES that he thought the Mavs gave up too much to get a 35 year old Kidd. Cuban was willing to buy the most expensive band aid to place on a shotgun wound of a team and blame everyone for the mistake he made. And was the trade worth it? Kidd averaged. 9.9 points, 9.5 assists and 6.5 rebounds. He had ONE triple-double in 29… regular-season games with Dallas. I won't even put up his playoff stats because they are just laughable. Jason Kidd was one of the best in the league but to invest in a 35-year-old for the future of your team? Where is the logic? I understand that for so long that Dallas has had the stigma of being the Worst team in professional sports but when you finally have it turned around and you are so close to the trophey you can smell it, you have an owner like Cuban who with his sacks full of money will take the risks a firefighter would trying to snuff out a fire with a wad full of cash and blame anyone near him for it not working. I bought a Josh Howard Jersey last year and went to over a dozen games cheering on the Mavs. This upcoming season, I am not attending any games until Cuban gets rid of this clown. I am going to burn my jersey by the way. I know he has got some problems, but he needs to step up and admit them. Otherwise, we need to ship his @$$ out on the next bus. Josh Howard, not only do you suck as a person, you suck as a player.
