Indeed I am both Buzz Skyline and Skylinejry. I like my widget, why shouldn't I rate it? This stuff is for fun, and distributed for free. I get one vote (notice, I have not voted as Buzz Skyline), it's not like I'm stuffing a ballot box. Even if I was, what would I win? As far as I've seen, you can't even sort these things by rating anyway, so it makes no difference.
