This is a simple, highly customisable system readout script. It handles:

CPU load
Free and loaded memory
Drive size and free space
Wifi status
Battery Status
clock(12/24hr) and date
volume (clickable bar)

Each readout can be hidden, rearranged, changed colour and changed in size either globally or individually. You can also move them all together by double clicking, double click again to disable. Other settings include transparent background, font face.

Aw, come on it does an awful lot more than that!

v1.34 on its way with clickable volume bar that scales with chosen font size, much better than the old textual design
v1.4 will have a "display as bar" option for drives, cpu, memory load, battery, wifi with a global option

This is the best replacement I have seen so far for SiMeter for Windows. Keep up the good work :)

I am nearing completion of v1.3.

Please check the forum for information on it, but nearly everything suggested is included except:
uptime (not possible with javascript, don't want to start installing things)
change of listing of drives - i need to learn how to handle dynamic amount of text and dynamic content.

The best of these types of apps so far.

    1. It would be great if you added a system uptime monitor to this.
    2. A time along with date would be a good addition.

    11:21am August 10,2005 for example

    3. A histogram option for the drives as well.

Johan, i know i just never got round to it in 1.2

I have already changed it in 1.3.

I don't have a Mac to test on, seems that the problem Apple have with onMouseDown is causing this, but at present there is no way to do it otherwise and i would have no way of confirming if i fixed it.

Justin, i have already added volume, clock and virtual memory as extra lines. I am intending to look at vertically listing the drives as well.

Pradam, i did include the font but i stupidly put it inside the More
