DWWvolume

This is an adaption of the volume control from my dwwsys. I know there is a lot of others, but none do all this:
huge range of volumes
real-time update (updates even if a different program or hardware changes the volume)
vertical or horizontal orientation, both directions
customisable - range of bar lengths and you choose the font and colour
mute function
use the speaker symbol to move it (no need for ctrl)
bar autohides, leaving the controlable opacity percentage
Autohid… More

Greetings, When the auto hide is on how do i get the volume adjusted. The bar doesn't reappear when clicking on the speaker? Your on your way to a nice widget though.

Konfabulator doesn't currently support the scrollwheel, mainly because it is designed to work equally on Macs and windows, and macs generally don't have scroll wheels.
If it did, i would have already added scrollwheel support.

I'm looking for something like a big square I can hover my mouse over and just use my scroll wheel to turn the volume up or down. sure i may have to click to bring the window into focus, but scroll wheel volume control would be perf.

Ive had a go at creating my own proper PNG with proper transparency. Its not perfect but it looks a lot better than the old jagged one, pretty good for my first attempt.
The version number will also update.
