This is an adaption of the volume control from my dwwsys. I know there is a lot of others, but none do all this:
• huge range of volumes
• real-time update (updates even if a different program or hardware changes the volume)
• vertical or horizontal orientation, both directions
• customisable - range of bar lengths and you choose the font and colour
• mute function
• use the speaker symbol to move it (no need for ctrl)
• bar autohides, leaving the controlable opacity percentage
• Autohid…e preference
• When autohide is on, auto popup on volume change preference
• fix volume option - changes back when other programs change it More
