eBay Feedback Watcher

This Widget checks your eBay feedback rating and displays positive, negative and overall feedback ratings with percentage. When you recieve a new feedback it can display a slide-out notification window showing your new feedback with a clickable link to the eBay item. It will also display a summary of what's changed in your feedback since the last time the widget was run on startup. You're absolutely right, I noticed this bug a few days ago too. I'm pretty sure I've fixed it for now, I just want to run it for a couple more days to make sure I've got it right. Unfortunately because of where the widget gets it's information from, it's not the easiest to test - I have to set it to use a major seller on eBay and just wait until they get some feedback and like you say, it only seemed to happen after a while.

Thanks for letting me know, and look out for version 1.0.1 as soon as updates to the gallery are re-enabled.

Great widget! However there is a small bug. The positive / negative rating is being updated when running it for a while, but the rating next to the star is not being updated untill i restart the widget.

Thanks for the nice comments. The widget I'm working on at the moment is coming along nicely. It'll take me a little while to finish it (few weeks probably) but it's going to have quite a few cool features and I'm sure it'll be worth the wait. I'll bear these other ideas in mind for after I've finished the one I'm working on although I have an idea for something completely different that I want to try out first.

Simply Fantastic. I have this running on all my Mac's and PCs. You can never get enough information from your eBay account on your desktop.

William, after you finish your idea for the Bid/Watch List Widget, have you thought about a Wish List widget (where you type in what you want to find, and for how much (10.00 - 25.00) and it shows you the top 5 or 10 auctions that will be ending soon that have those prices) or even a widget that connected to that new eBay "Want It Now" serv… More
