CindyAll I get is Error in status....but when I follow directions for boker desktop login, enterinhg session & secret numbers as instructed,,,I get same error message....over & over......I'm ready to cancel everything!

KarenUsed to work great, now all I get is "ERROR Please reset your information". Go through the login process and still doesn't work....

not working properly
Laurieit downloaded and I can use parts of it but it says "please wait" for the last 24 hours and I cannot shut down my browser!!! Please help.
