I love this widget, it has made keeping on top of foreclosure listings so much easier. I'd recommend the foreclosure listings widget to anyone who is investing in real estate.

As an avid investor specializing in distressed real estate I have found the foreclosure listings widget especially helpful. It is extremely convenient in that it allows me to search by list-type;

*preforeclosure
*foreclosure
*fsbo (for sale by owners)
*tax liens (government tax foreclosure properties)
*bankruptcy

In addition, I can sort my listings by

*dos (day on service or days in database)
*listing type
*street
*city
*state
*zip
*price
*bedrooms
*bathrooms

Furthermore, the widget allows t…o me view my listings in either ascending or descending order. The only suggestion I would make to the developer of this widget is to figure out a way to search from the widget interface instead of the widget preferences menu. More
