Steve Ross, I'd hardly call any of my comments "bashing [my] users". I took a bit of offense to it being called "time waisting crap" because I've explained why things aren't working in multiple comments already.

I can't fix this because a) I haven't use Yahoo Widgets for years and have no idea how things work anymore, b) I don't have Windows and c) This seems to have been auto-imported from when I submitted it to the Konfabulator si…te in early 2004 and I have no idea how to login here to edit it.

If anyone wants to take over this widget or have it removed entirely, please do. I'd forgotten about it until someone linked me to this page. More

Ok. It's working fine for me, but I made some changes.
Open a widget file in a WinRAR
Change file FTP Mini.widget\Contents\Resources\OnLoad.js

find line 110:
ftpResult = runCommand('php Resources/ftp.php "' + ftpServer + '" "' + ftpUser + '" "' + ftpPass + '" "' + preferences.ftpDir.value + '"' + ftpString);
change "php" to "c:\php\php"

Replace file OnLoad.js in archive a…nd install.

Then you have to download and install php (path c:\php) (it's not so hard as it seems to be).

I hope it'll work.

Elenor... instead of bashing your users, how bout updating the widget... the website says apple & windows, the yahoo widget gallery says windows only... there is no mention in your widget description for mac only, a simple re-upload of your widget, new description, and select mac only would fix these problems for everyone.

How about fixing some of IT's concerns... simple enough to make the widget dragable... you dont need the whole widget to be the drag spot... most yahoo reviewers frown on… such poor programming now & thus such warn every user of these problems moving them... easy fix... (its in the widget developer manual) More
