People seem to not get it.... It's not gas prices that are high, it's the economy that is low. For years the gas prices and economy have been synchronized together. It's simple, the higher the gas prices, the higher the job market (or the lower the comsumed goods price). Ever wonder why gas isn't $.99cent/gallon anymore like it was in 1980ish? When it reached the $1.19+ mark, very few complained, because the economy was above average. And it's not about the gas companies maki…ng money. They will make money regardless. Gas companies have always and continue to make record shattering revune. Let's say they did lower it $1, and they lost 2.3-ish billion(chump change to them), it wouldn't hurt them, but it would hurt us, because gas supply would decrease tremendously; hence why the economy and gas prices are sync'd. So pleases please please please please spare me with your cries about gas prices, because the price of gas isn't the issue. You all should attack the government and force a better economy.

I wonder which gas station in Frankfurt you are using. If there really was a gas station in Frankfurt that sells gas at around 5 $/ gallon, the city would be crowded! currently, a litre of gas at a gas station in southern Germany is around € 1,58/litre which is exactly $9,37/ gallon. Get your calculating straight first!

My first widget.

If you don’t have the Yahoo Installer, that’s the first thing that will be installed. The link for the installer is a little Yahoo Graphic, which was blocked by my anti-spyware (SpyBlocker). By waving my mouse around, I was able to find two links whose graphics were blocked, “Install” and “Cancel.” Clicking Install was allowed (by my anti-spyware software), although I could not actually see the link’s graphic.

Next up is a green page, “Install Widgets Suppor…ting Software.” The top of the page is lined with ugly, red “ants,” which is SpyBlocker’s way of saying the page being viewed is filled with spyware. In this case, the link for actually starting the widget is completely blocked. I am forced to fall back on the policy that says that ant-spyware is doing the right thing, saving my electronic security, and I should take its advice and NOT override its function, so no widget :( I don’t blame this Widget, but instead Yahoo. I would like to know where in Germany you're paying almost $9 USD per gallon of gas, considering Frankfurt prices are around $5.54/gallon (which is about an hour's drive from the town I lived in, Dirmstein).

Granted the price of gas is less in the US than in Germany, the price of gas in Germany is less than say, the UK, where they are paying around $5.79/gallon in London; or worse, Amsterdam, where they are paying around $6.48/gallon!

So on behalf of the Netherlands, "You should be happy about the really low prices." ;)
