Generic Countdown Timer
A simple countdown timer. You can set the time in hours, minutes, seconds and an alarm will ring once the counter reaches zero. You can customize the font, the skin and you can choose how you want the time to be displayed.
One important feature of this Widget is that you can choose to initialize the counter with a default time when the Widget starts, which is convenient when you always need a countdown for the same amount of time (like in my case, I only need it to know when my coffee is about to be done).

November 16, 2007 · version 2.0.1 James RI really like this app. But is there a way to turn off the prompts to download the latest version? I'd like to occassionally download them myself, but I don't like being interrupted with a pop-up box when I'm working.

November 16, 2007 · version 2.0.1 LaurentThanks, that's good to know. The javascript to play a sound is pretty simple (just play(<audioFile>) ) and I didn't know that behind the scene it cares about what is the default audio player.
I'm going to mention that in the Widget preferences and on my "simple date and time" Widget too.

Hey Laurent, I changed the file type in my REAL and WM players, assigned Mp3 to WMP instead of REAL, and the alarm worked PERFECTLY. If you can make mention of this in your Widget Description (if you can even edit it after it's initially published), it will eliminate this problem with other downloaders in the future.
