Try using geobytes.com for the data source.

pretty good, i hope that the "unknown city" and stuff will be fixed, and like MikeK said, NetGea is getting old, try switching to a new site

As requested before, can you make it lookup the hostname and resolve DNS? Visualroute.com have a pretty good service...

Can you add a DNS lookup function, so that it can lookup the IP address using the server name and then check it's location.

It placed me in Texas, but I'm actually in Tennessee. HostIP is not very accurate.
