Glow Ball (System Edition)

This Widget features up to 8 glowing balls which smoothly change their color based on time, CPU load, free memory, wireless signal strength, battery capacity and network latency (ping).

Almost everything can be configured to meet your desktop needs.

On Mac: Hold down the Command key and drag.

[Developer's Note] On some systems (mine included) you can move the widget without the Command/Control key. ;)

I love it, but what would be really great would be an option to set a different colour for each hour, so that the clock will keep changing colour throughout the day (and it's good for telling the time at a quick glance - it's blue, so it must nearly be lunchtime)

To not see the date on the clock ball, I think you can set the Display Caption property to NONE (or On Mouse Over).

It would be great to NOT be able to see the date for the Time Glow Ball.
A specific Ball for Upload and Download would be great too.

Charles to get more balls to show go into Widget Preferences and click on the Ball 2, Ball 3, Ball 4 tabs etc. and under each click the box at the top of the window that says "Show Ball"

Ok, I'd like a "reset to defaults" option. I decided to customize only to find the original settings were better than what I had done!
