I have a suggestion to enhance the plugin : Select the browser for opening gmail.
By example, my default browser is firefox 2, but I prefer open gmail in chrome, I will be very happy if I can configure browser in plugin

That's great how it always says 2 in the dock. So misleading...

And when I click the widget it doesn't automatically take me to my inbox or email message. It takes me to the Google login screen even if I am already logged in and once I pass that it still doesn't go to the inbox, it goes to a list of all the Google "apps" like calendar, maps, reader, gmail, etc.

All functions work great for me (Win XP Pro SP2), but like others have mentioned you should consider adding the mail count function to the dock display. It always shows 2.

Clicking the widget always opened my gMail account. Not anymore.

Recently (this december), clicking the gMail Geiger widget now opens the gMail LOGIN PAGE.

I've not changed my firefox (default browser) configuration, nor anything else.


Some Firefox Security Update perhaps?

Any answers?

this suggestion bellow, to choose the preferred browser from the widget is great. Could it be implemented?
