WebBrowser4Widgets library, at startup, is looking for first visible Widget window to bind control (screen position and window level) to WebBrowser window.
" cannot connect to widget " means - the search failed.

Yahoo! Widgets 4.0 introduced 'hidden' state for Widget. Check this and eventually restart Widget.
