MoonI was getting the same thing, I would install and nothing would happen. Then I used Internet Explorer to download and it works perfectly. I normally use Firefox, but it keep crashing. I hope this helps.

Anthonyattempted to install-when clicked on "get it" button it blinked but no further action-was unable to install!
