i wish there was a widget that was just a daily bible verse. no commentary or devotional.

High Folks,

what Id like to see coming from your community is, a widget that not only delivers christian texts, but texts from all of the big religions randomly.

Then make the users try to answer the belonging of theses text passages ... of course in order to proof, that its not easy to make differences all the way all the time.
It also could make clear, that we all as human beings have similar fears about our own people and our own lives, no matter where the individual comes from.

This could… support respect, tolerance and freedom beneath the widget community, dont you think?

And comon ... especially christians dont need to be picky, its all in the manner of beloving the next, wouldnt it?

I really don't like the fact that this widget works great sometimes and not others. It would be a great resource, but it doens't even work right if I don't reboot my computer all the time!

When you desing a widget you should really put more thought into it than this,. youre obviously pulling data from other sources, but youre not taking into account character limitations, or even the width of the reading area. i think THis widget really lacks both form and functionality, even though i love the devotions..i would just rather read them on your website.

Great idea, so much fun to have. I so injoy my widgits and the devotionals are wonderful. Whoever made up widgits is so nice and I am so glad Pastor Gerg has one or I would never have had any, and the devotional is so nice. I only wish I knew how to save them [the devotionals]. Can it be done?
