Want to learn Kanji but still struggling with how to write Kana? This animated Widget shows the proper stroke order for writing the 47 basic Japanese Hiragana characters (one of the two syllabic alphabets).

I really like the widget and thank you for all your work on it. I just wish that you had added a "random" setting so that it would randomly cycle through all the letters every few minutes or so.
That would be a lot more useful than a setting to turn the letters off.

RainI think this is much more useful than the katakana widget. Again, the design is spectacular and the puns are top-notch. Keep up the awesome work!! :)

One or two changes for a beginner like me...
Thanks for the widget, it is great! I am just starting to learn Japanese and this help immensely.
My suggestions:
- show also the romaji character (maybe in the lower left corner... for those, who do not want to see it, there could be an option to show / hide it
- next / previous would also help, like Mike already mentioned
