November 15, 2007 · version 1.0 Brendan BellinaTurns out that this KFVS map is already included in my MissouriDoppler! widget because it is centered on Cape Girardeau, MO, along with Doppler images from several other Missouri cities, so I don't see the need to add it to my IllinoisDoppler! widget after all.

JeffI think it's funny that Chicago people cry about something named Illinois Doppler that only shows Southern Illinois. I bet if this only showed Northern Illinois and didn't show Southern Illinois at all you wouldn't be complaining ! This is a great widget for Southern Illinois.....who cares about Chicago.

November 19, 2006 · version 1.0 Brendan BellinaI am the author of the widget IllinoisDoppler! in the Gallery that displays Doppler images from a variety of TV stations in Illinois. It has a preference to add an image that isn't predefined, and can display the KFVS image by simply pasting http://files.kfvs.com/weather/images/trueview.jpg into the Other Map preference. I will add KFVS to it when I make my next update.

November 17, 2006 · version 1.0 kaijinthis Doppler Radar is for SOUTHER IL...won't do you any good unless you live south of St Louis, which is less than 1/2 the state....I would recommend getting a feed of all of Illinois, not just the southern portion of the state, that or find feeds from different pats of the state.
