ImageView

by Merlin

ImageView is a simple image viewer. An image dragged onto the Widget's window is displayed. ImageView can spawn copies of itself, so that several images can be viewed at the same time. When ImageView is restarted, it can restart the spawned Widgets, so that they can display their respective images. Each copy (spawn) of ImageView can also provide a slide-show using images from nominated folders.

Great Widget!!., .. Thanks for the hard work! ...
    1) Is it possible for you to add the ability to display animated gif files?
    2) Is is possible add the ability to launch (when clicked on) an application assigned to each individual image window currently displayed?

    Thanks in advance ..

    Roy

Hi Harry - not to bug you again, but I've been seeing a possible bug in ImageView.
I have it cycling through a directory of images changing every minute, and anchored to the Top Right of Image and things work great - until I go away for a while and my screen saver kicks in and I have to unlock it and get back to my desktop - then the ImageView will get drawn offset from it's anchor point. I actually have a spawned ImageView anchored to Lower Right of the Image as well and I'm not po More

Rob D: You could set the width to 320 (say), leave the height and max settings blank, and set the oversize checkbox. The magnifier would then work to the level you set.

I'll think about adding an "Open Current Slide" context menu item when I make the next release, but that won't be before the autumn.
