The Widget that aspires to inspire! Inspiration reads inspirational (or otherwise) quotes from a file and displays them on your desktop in a highly-configurable manner. The included set of quotes (10) are in the public domain. However, you are encouraged to add to or replace them with those quotes that move you. Could naturally be used for the display of other text.

doesn't work
rmdavid2001worked great for a couple of weeks but now won't work at all. shows up in my widget engine but when i click the star to open it or double click on the icon, doesn't show up on my desktop. very frustrating and UNinspiring!

May 22, 2008 · version 1.0.0 Ereevesgreat widget! Worked for about 2 weeks, then wont come on at all. Working on Vista.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
For those having trouble loading new quotes, check out the inspiration.txt file and type your new quotes, make sure you save the file. Each quote should be on the next line down. once you do this, you have to right click on the gadget and choose reload quotes. This will make your new quotes come up.
Awesome widget, just want to get it working again.
