There are no time zones in Internet time.

Swatch introduced the world to the beat in 1998. They also rejected GMT in favor of BMT (Biel Mean Time). Biel, Switzerland being the location of Swatch headquarters. This Widget displays the current beat.

Spartan, no-graphics Widget maintains low resource usage.

A UNIX time applet would be nice as well, as it is more recognized than the swatch idea.

It's not terribly pretty, nor does it have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does exactly what it says it does and is perfectly functional. Well done.
