Could I suggest some animation to make the cover art slide more like the "cover flow" feature in iTunes? That would make this perfect!

The Now Playing Window should appear on every track change if the "Enable The Now Playing Window" option is set in the Behaviors preference page.
But this might fail for one of the following reasons:
1) iTunes is closed and re-started while the widget is running. Close and re-open the widget to reconnect it to iTunes.
2) iTunes COM interface is not working (might happen after an iTunes upgrade). Start the iTunes installer program and choose the repair install option.
